At Cassar Performance & Design, every product we offer—whether a piece of branded merchandise or a precision-engineered performance part—is a reflection of our values: quality, legacy, and craftsmanship. We stand firmly behind everything we build and sell, and we inspect all items carefully to ensure they meet the high standards our name represents. That said, we recognize that there may be rare occasions when a return or exchange is necessary—whether due to an issue with sizing, an unexpected defect, or shipping-related damage. This policy has been created to clearly outline the conditions under which returns or exchanges are accepted, how to initiate the process, and what to expect from our team. We’ve crafted these guidelines to be fair, firm, and helpful—designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our brand. By purchasing from CPD, customers agree to the terms below, which ensure a consistent, transparent, and respectful experience for all parties involved.
Performance Parts & Components
We proudly stand behind every part we sell. But we also know that sometimes things need to be returned or exchanged. To ensure fairness, we follow a strict but customer-friendly process.
Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund
Parts must meet all of the following conditions:
Must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Return must be initiated within 30 days of original purchase
Must include receipt or proof of purchase
Reason for return must fall into one of the following:
Shipping damage (must notify us within 3 business days)
Verifiable manufacturer defect
Incorrect part shipped
Customer-initiated return with product in resalable condition
Return Options:
Exchange for the same or equivalent product (pending availability)
Store credit in the full original purchase amount
Refund to the original form of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee
📌 The 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items, including both performance parts and merchandise, if a refund is requested.
The restocking fee helps cover repackaging, inspection, handling, and re-inventory processing.
Non-Returnable Parts Include:
Any item that has been installed, used, modified, or altered in any way
Any part returned without original packaging or hardware
Electrical components or custom/special-order parts
Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Items without a valid receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items:
Used, installed, or modified components
Items missing original packaging or hardware
Electrical parts, special-order items, and custom-fabricated parts
Items returned after 30 days
Returns without a receipt or valid order number
Apparel & CPD-Branded Merchandise
We want you to love your CPD gear, but if something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.
Return Conditions for Apparel, Merch & Lifestyle Gear
To qualify for return, all items must meet the following criteria:
Must be returned within 30 days of original purchase
Item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
Tags must be attached (for apparel) and item must be free of wear, odors, or damage
Proof of purchase is required—we only accept official invoices or receipts
Return Options – Apparel Only:
For clothing and wearable items only, customers may choose from:
One-time exchange for a different size or item (pending inventory availability)
Store credit for the full original purchase value
Refund to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee
Merch & Lifestyle Gear (Non-Clothing): Exchange Not Allowed
For non-wearable items such as:
CPD-branded mugs, stickers, garage banners, keychains, posters, accessories, etc.
These are not eligible for exchanges under any circumstance. These items may only be:
Returned in original, unopened, and unused condition
Refunded (minus a 15% restocking fee) if all conditions are met and request is submitted within 30 days
We reserve the right to deny any return if the item is not in original, sellable condition upon inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Any Final Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Any item that is worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged
Items returned without official receipt or invoice
Any product received past the 30-day return window
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To ensure we process your request quickly and accurately, you must follow these steps:

Include the following in your email or attached form:
Full name
Order number
Phone number
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt only)
Item(s) you are returning
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Our Customer Support team will respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Important:
Do not send any item back without prior authorization.
Returns received without approval or without complete information will not be accepted, inspected, or refunded.
Return Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Use a trackable shipping service
Cassar Performance & Design is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
A 15% restocking fee is deducted from all refund-eligible returns
No restocking fee is applied to exchanges or store credit
